In short term, the educational institutes should help and support the students appearing in general and board examinations in August 2021 and help the students who are not performing well in the classrooms.

They should conduct a zero period for this purpose to help students in their weak subjects. The school faculty are advised to conduct zero periods in the morning or evening or Sundays to overcome the loss.

This is an additional class in which the educational capability of each student will be assessed and teachers will help the students in every possible way.

The FDE has recommended educational institutes make groups of the students who are not performing well in class in a particular subject like mathematics regardless of their grade level.

The schools are advised to plan for the next 2 to 3 years for the students to overcome and reduce the losses they have suffered due to this pandemic.

The FDE has recommended educational institutes use summer vacations of the academic year 2021,2022,2023 to lessen the educational losses and improve their performance in their studies.

Teachers also need to plan the lectures based on students' performance, they should assess and check the performance of students in the regular classes. They should conduct several workshops and meet with the coordinator and headteacher to conduct a regular meeting and discuss the progress of students.
